Kaddoura began their career at Axiom, Inc. before moving to Microsoft, where they spent three years as the Sr Director; Cloud App Dev Solution Sales. In this role, they led the Cloud Application Development Solution Area including global revenue responsibility, field strategy, and partner alignment for Azure services that include; containers (K8s), DevOps, Serverless, cognitive services, managed app services, development tools, and third party ISV partnerships ie RedHat OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundations, Chef, Puppet, etc.

While at Microsoft, Kaddoura also led sales due diligence and integration of largest Dev tools acquisition of GitHub. Arwa was also the interim Sales leader for Xamarin Sales team after acquisition by MSFT. In this role, they Led SMB, MMKT, Enterprise, & Partner Sales for 100 person sales team.

Arwa Kaddoura has an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a BSC in Finance from the University of Alberta.

Their manager is Evan Kaplan, CEO. They work with Jeremy Freeland - Chief Legal Officer, Carolyn Moore - Chief People Officer, and Marc Kaplan - VP of Technical Services.
