In 2010, Mark Daniels joined the Info-Pro team as the Manager of Tax Research. Since then he's been able to employ his varied leadership experiences including operations, management, sales, customer service, and consumer response. Combined with extensive training in Lean Six Sigma and consultative selling, he works to introduce new ideas and processes based on what he heard from their customer.
