Gauri Malve

Gauri Malve has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gauri began their career in 2007 as a Marketing Executive at CG Marketing. In 2010, they worked as an Intern at Eicher Engineering Components before joining MGS BPO Services P.Ltd. as an HR Executive. At MGS, they were responsible for recruitment and conducting recruitment drives. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Recruiter at Refonte Technologies & Consulting Pvt.Ltd. where they focused on HR Outsourcing and Consulting. From 2011 to 2013, Gauri worked at Allscripts India as a Culture & Talent Recruiter. Gauri then joined Ivitesse Technologies as a Consultant in the Resource Management Group for a brief period in 2013. In 2015, Gauri joined InfoBeans as a Human Resources Analyst and advanced to roles such as Human Resources Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and currently holds the position of Lead - HR Business Partner. In 2022, they also worked at InfoBeans Technologies Ltd. as a Lead - HR Business Partner. Gauri's career has been primarily focused on HR, with emphasis on recruitment, business partnering, and talent management.

Gauri Malve completed their Master of Management Studies degree in Human Resource from Mumbai University from 2008 to 2010. Gauri also obtained a similar degree from VN Brims, Thane during the same time period. Furthermore, they pursued their studies at IES's Katrap Vidyalaya from 1993 to 2002, where they received a Master of Management Studies degree in Human Resource as well.
