Tracey Sung

Tracey Sung is a Senior Product Education Specialist at Infobip, overseeing global product education initiatives for platforms such as WhatsApp, Zalo, and Viber. Previous experience includes serving as a Customer Facing Enablement Manager for APAC at Infobip, where training and workflow enhancements were provided to customer-facing roles, and managing over 100 properties in Southern Taiwan for Expedia Group as an Associate Market Manager. Tracey also worked at Uber as a Human Resources Specialist, handling various HR functions, and began a career in event coordination at Lovely Taiwan Foundation. Tracey holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and Communication, as well as an exchange degree in Communication and Media Studies from Sanigaw Valley State University.
