Valentina Ban

Valentina Ban is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer growth and success, currently serving as a Senior Customer Growth Executive at Infobip since May 2017. Valentina has effectively developed strategic relationships with stakeholders, formulated technical plans to assist customers in achieving business objectives, and overseen successful customer adoption and onboarding processes. Previous roles at Infobip include Customer Growth Executive, Customer Success Executive, and Customer Success Manager, as well as an Account Manager for the DACH region focusing on customer satisfaction. Prior to Infobip, Valentina held positions at Merkur Insurance Group as a Sales Representative and at Istraturist Umag d.d. as Guest Experience Manager, where leadership and complaint resolution were key responsibilities.
