Emma Mugo-Wanjau

Emma Mugo-Wanjau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer growth and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Growth Executive at Infobip since July 2020, Emma has successfully driven strategic account planning, achieving a 30% annual growth for Tier 1 banking, insurance, and fintech clients. Prior to this role, Emma enhanced cloud adoption at Incentro as a Sales Consultant for Google Cloud Platform and managed significant client portfolios at major banking institutions. Earlier experience at Huawei included roles as a Product Manager and Network Design Engineer, where Emma contributed to network enhancements and solution design across Sub-Saharan Africa. Emma began her career as a Trainee Engineer at Jamii Telecommunications Ltd, facilitating Kenya's first undersea broadband connectivity.
