Stephanie Laurich

Stephanie Laurich, SPHR, CCP, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards at Infoblox since June 2025. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Vice President of Global Total Rewards at e2open from 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included expanding the total rewards function and overseeing a team of nine during significant company growth. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources & Administration at the Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas from 1997 to 2016, where leadership involved managing HR operations and participating in executive and board meetings. Stephanie holds an MBA in Human Resources from St. Edward's University and a BBA in Business Management from Texas State University.
