Bijah Gibson has a strong background in consulting and operations. They began their career at Accenture in 2011 as a Systems Integration Consulting Analyst, where they worked on various projects for Fortune 250 Electric Power Holding Company. Their responsibilities included delivering results in areas such as Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Human Resources. They then moved on to become a Business & Systems Integration Consultant, where they focused on driving projects within the same company, with high executive visibility and close interactions with senior client leadership. Bijah later became a Consulting Manager at Accenture, leading multiple projects for the finance organization of Fortune 250 Electric Power Holding Company. Their work involved implementing new technologies, handling pre- and post-merger integrations, and driving cost reductions. They also played a crucial role in promoting the agile delivery approach for finance projects and defining processes for future implementations. In 2019, Bijah joined Infocenter as the Area Vice President for the Atlantic Region. They held this position until 2020 when they became the Global Head of Delivery & SVP.
