Roberta Mancia

Roberta Mancia has extensive experience in compliance, HR, and event management, currently serving as Compliance Manager at InfoCert - Tinexta Group since May 2009. Previous roles include Welfare Management, focusing on employee support and well-being from September 2016 to December 2022, and various administrative and production-related positions in the entertainment industry from 1994 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in HR Specialization from Il Sole 24 Ore, and certification as an Auditor/Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems per ISO 9001:2015 from ITHUM. Roberta holds a degree in Modern Literature with a specialization in Performing Arts from Sapienza Università di Roma.
