Alan Rosenfeld has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alan started their career at IBM as a Payroll Analyst in 2013. Alan then moved on to Fundación Favaloro, where they worked as an HR Analyst from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they gained experience in data analysis and reporting. In 2017, Alan joined UCES as a University Assistant Teacher, where they remained until 2019. Alan then transitioned to MetLife, initially working as a Talent Acquisition Analyst before becoming a Learning Analyst and later a Regional Learning Analyst. In these roles, they focused on data analysis, report creation, and statistical analysis to support the HR team. Most recently, Alan joined Infocorp in 2022 as an IT Recruiter Lead and People Analytics Specialist. Alan Rosenfeld earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales from 2012 to 2016. In 2019, they obtained a post-graduate degree in People Analytics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Additionally, Alan has several certifications including Data Analytics from Coderhouse and People Analytics from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2021. In 2015, they completed the Programa Ejecutivo Gestión Estratégica de la Comunicación Interna from Idea - Instituto para el desarrollo empresarial de la argentina. Alan also obtained certifications in Escritura Eficaz from EY, Diseño del Plan Anual de Capacitación from FOCO, and Proceso de Selección de personal from Capacitarte, all in 2015.
