Elena Rubin

Elena Rubin has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Elena is currently the Chief People Officer at Infocorp since April 2016. Prior to this, they were the Regional Human Resources Director at Scanntech from July 2014 to February 2016. Elena also founded and served as the CEO of RHC Consultoría & Capacitación from December 2004 to March 2015. Elena has previously worked as the Human Resources Manager at Infocorp from March 2007 to March 2008. Elena's career started at KPMG Uruguay, where they worked as a Team Leader and Psychologist from July 1996 to May 2004.

Elena Rubin obtained a Licenciada en Psicología degree from Universidad de la República from 1988 to 1996. Elena also obtained a Licenciada en Psicología degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from an unidentified Escuela. Additionally, they received a Proficiency in English certification from the University of Cambridge. Elena has also completed various certifications including Scrum Master Training from Peregrinus in 2021, POY Practitioner from Points of You® – Creative tools for inspiration, learning and development in 2016, International Coaching Certification (London) from the International Coaching Community in 2011, Partner Gold/ PDA Analyst from PDA International Inc. in 2011, and Especializacion en Psicoterapia Focal e Intervenciones en crisis from CEIPFO in 2002.
