Karolina Chachulska

Karolina Chachulska serves as the Director of Performance Improvement and Business Transformation at infoedge LLC, leading consulting initiatives for Fortune 500 clients with a focus on Customer Experience, Engagement, Digital Experience, and Transformation since November 2019. In addition, Karolina is a Board Member of Women in Automotive Technology, a non-profit committed to advancing women in the automotive sector, and co-hosts the ON THE MOVE podcast. Previous roles include Market Growth at Ridecell and various positions at infoedge LLC, EY, Deloitte, and KPMG. Karolina's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School, an MS in Finance & Banking from the University of Lodz, and a degree in Business Studies from the University of Regensburg, along with attendance at Stanford University and NYU Stern School of Business. Karolina is also the founder and co-host of The Loyalty Map podcast, which focuses on customer experience technology.
