Harjot Dhaliwal

Harjot joined Apax Partners in 2018 and is currently based in Mumbai, India. Harjot has participated in key deals including Infogain, Azentio, and Fractal Analytics. She is a Principal in the Tech team.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Prior to joining Apax, she was a Vice President at Warburg Pincus, focusing on investment opportunities in the TMT and business services sectors. Before pursuing her MBA, Harjot was a part of the investment team at TA Associates and the investment banking practice at Rothschild India.
