Santosh Hanaji

Santosh Hanaji has extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Santosh is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Engineering at Infogain since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Nggawe Nirman Technologies from November 2017 to April 2022. Santosh also served as the Director of Operations at Oitolabs Technologies from May 2018 to August 2020. Santosh Hanaji has previously held positions such as Director of Technical Professional Services at Satmetrix from April 2011 to July 2017, Principal Engineer at Oracle from January 2007 to April 2011, and Senior Engineer at Honeywell from October 2003 to January 2007.

Santosh Hanaji holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Santosh also obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Information Technology from Karnataka State Open University. In addition, they studied Innovative Product Design and Development at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Santosh has obtained several certifications, including Certified Net Promoter Associate from Satmetrix, PMP from PMI, and Green Belt - Six Sigma from Honeywell.
