Naushad Ahmad

Naushad Ahmad has held roles in the Human Resources field since 2015. Naushad began their career as a Human Resources Executive at Frontline Staffing Pvt Ltd. where they handled the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Naushad then moved to ICM HR Services - India in 2017 as an HR Executive and Business Development Executive. Here, they were responsible for maintaining reports, identifying candidates, and conducting interviews. In 2018, Naushad joined HDFC Life as a Business Development Manager, where they recruited financial consultants, processed business investment plans, and generated leads. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Recruitment Specialist for Infoglen LLC.

Naushad Ahmad completed an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from IIMT Group of Colleges between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education between 2009 and 2012, with a focus on Business. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in December 2022.
