Rutuja Kesarkar

Rutuja Kesarkar has a diverse work experience in various human resources and teaching roles. Rutuja is currently working as a Human Resources Specialist - US Onboarding at Infojini Inc since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Piramal Pharma Solutions from May 2022 to October 2022, where they were responsible for HR generalist tasks, training coordination, and recruitment activities.

Rutuja also worked as a Human Resource Trainee at Fortis Healthcare from December 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they sourced profiles, conducted interviews, and handled walk-in interviews.

Rutuja's earlier experience includes an internship as a Radiologic Technologist at Jupiter Hospital from August 2018 to January 2019. Rutuja also had an internship as a Human Resources Assistant at Kent International BPO for six months in 2016.

Rutuja Kesarkar completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2017 to 2019, they attended DY Patil University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer. Following that, they pursued further studies at the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2019 to 2020, earning a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services. Finally, in 2021 and 2022, Rutuja attended the Lala Lajpatrai Institute Of Management, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
