Shybu Padmanabhan is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Infomap Global since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shybu held multiple senior positions at Export Trading Group from April 2015 to January 2023, including Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Human Resources Director for EMEA & APAC, overseeing HR functions across 48 countries. Shybu's extensive experience in human resources includes leadership roles at IFB Industries Ltd and Electrosteel Casting Ltd, managing HR responsibilities for large employee bases and multiple operations. Additionally, Shybu served as a Major in the Indian Army, where oversight of human resource lifecycle management was a key responsibility. Education includes a Senior Executive Program from INSEAD and ongoing studies at The Wharton School and XLRI Jamshedpur.
