Ima Dinayati has extensive experience in recruitment, product development, and operational management. Currently serving as the Shared Service Operation Recruitment Manager at PT Infomedia Nusantara since June 2013, Ima Dinayati oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, incorporating various selection methods, and designing talent paths.
