Monette Dela Cruz has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and support roles since beginning a career in 2013. Currently serving as Team Lead for Email Customer Support at InfoPay, Inc. since February 2019, Monette also holds a position as Email and Chat Support Specialist at Accucom Corporation. Previous experience includes roles as a Technical Support Specialist at TeleTech Philippines, where responsibilities included troubleshooting internet, cable, and home phone services, and as a Sales Associate at PLDT, focusing on fiber optic internet solutions. Monette's career began as a Restaurant Team Member at KFC Philippines, developing strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Monette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, obtained in 2015.
