Eric served on the board of directors and conducted technical marketing research, developed technical strategy, managed internal research and development projects, managed product development, established and maintained technical partnerships, and interfaced with standards organizations and business partners to expand the customer base to include 40% of the Fortune 100.
In 2001, they joined VeriSign, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, where they created and executed strategic plans and business requirements to build a product line for the online management and protection of brands for large and mid-sized corporations from $10 million to $28 million. Eric developed, launched, and enhanced the VeriSign Digital Brand Manager, the industry leading customer web portal for online management and protection of brands, improving customer satisfaction from 20% to 85%.
In 2007, Eric was an Executive Consultant for Epostmarks, Inc. and in 2008, they founded InfoPreserve Inc., a simple and easy to use Cloud content and records management solution that automatically makes a company’s documents, business emails, and scanned records instantly shareable and searchable across the enterprise. Eric led a team that designed and built a SaaS solution for document preservation and records management and conducted beta tests, completed extensive market research, and formulated go-to-market plan.
