Nogol Madani

Nogol Madani is the Founder and CEO of Glee Factor, where an inclusive model is developed to enhance experiential learning and foster culture change within teams. Currently, Nogol serves as an Expert-Trainer at Campus Infopresse and hosts the Ambition Challenge for L'effet A, supporting ambitious female professionals. Involved with YES Employment + Entrepreneurship as a Board Member, Nogol contributes to community-driven efforts to assist Quebecers in employment and entrepreneurship. Additionally, Nogol facilitates at CreativeMornings/Montréal and has experience as a Learning Experience Designer at C2 Montréal. With a background in engineering and research, Nogol holds a Master of Engineering from McGill University and is pursuing further education at KAOSPILOT.
