Gillian Farquhar is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in customer engagement and transformation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Marketing & Community at Infor since February 2024, Gillian leads a new Customer Marketing function that includes Advocacy, Community, Content, and Customer Engagement on a global scale. Prior to Infor, Gillian was a Vice President at Qlik from July 2009 to February 2024, where roles included overseeing Global Customer Marketing and Transformation, focusing on enhancing the customer journey and maximizing advocacy. Gillian's career also includes leadership positions at Egenera, Red Hat, Greenough Communications, and Sterling Hager, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
