Jenny Nevin

Senior Vice President, Customer Experience at Infor

Jenny Nevin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations. Since 2008, Jenny has held multiple senior vice president roles at Infor, including Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Senior Vice President of Customer Journey Officer, and Senior Vice President of Customer Operations. Additionally, since June 2019, Jenny has served as a Chief Founding Member of Chief, a network aimed at promoting women into leadership positions. Prior to Infor, Jenny worked as a consultant and held various positions at INTTRA, Inc. and P&O Nedlloyd, including Director of Commercial Planning and Assistant Vice President of E-Commerce. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Auckland and completed Wharton Executive Education in Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager.
