Joris Sparla has extensive experience in support operations within the ERP and process industry sector, currently serving as Director of Support Operations at Infor since August 2004, overseeing a team of consultants supporting a range of ERP and PLM products. Prior to this role, Joris held positions as Senior Manager and Manager of Support Operations at Infor. From November 1995 to August 2004, Joris was EMEA Support Manager at Marcam, managing a team that supported Protean and Prism products, and was responsible for IT infrastructure. Joris began a career in technical support as a consultant at Turnkiek and earlier as a software developer at CAP Volmac, working on real-time applications and statistical process control systems. Joris holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology.
