Carlos Moncada has a diverse work experience across different industries. Carlos began their career as a Sales Specialist at REI in 2008. Carlos then moved on to work at ProQuest, where they held multiple roles including Customer Support Representative II, Social Media Specialist, Technical Support Consultant, and Inside Sales. Carlos demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer support expertise during their time at ProQuest. In 2015, they joined InfoReady Corporation as a Strategic Account Manager. Carlos later became the Manager of Client Success and eventually the Director of Client Services. Carlos successfully managed a team and played a vital role in product management, project management, client engagement, and sales. Carlos also represented the voice of the customer and collaborated across departments and with clients to continuously improve the product and user experience.

Carlos Moncada obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Michigan. Carlos then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Eastern Michigan University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Management at Eastern Michigan University from 2013 to 2014, followed by another Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from 2015 to 2016.
