Stephanie Cruz started their work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant at MRM Management LLC in July 2014, where they worked until November 2017. Stephanie gained experience in handling confidential information, customer support, processing daily receipts, and generating reports. From November 2018 to May 2019, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Brand Executives, utilizing their skills in SEO optimization and head-hunting talent. From May 2019 to May 2020, they worked at Echo as Head of Talent Acquisitions and Operations Manager and collaborated with various organizations. Subsequently, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Direct Marketing Firms, including Brand Executives, from May 2020 to September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Specialist at InfoRight, a data and analytics company focused on helping organizations make meaningful decisions using the right metrics and processes to achieve their goals.

Stephanie Cruz attended Hudson County Community College from 2008 to 2010 where they obtained an Associate's degree in Pre-Nursing Studies. In 2010 to 2011, they attended Stanford Brown Institute to study Medical/Clinical Assistant, but it is unclear if they completed a degree.
