Andrew Norman

Andrew Norman has a diverse work experience in mental health and child abuse services. Andrew started in 2021 as an intern for the Child Abuse Services Team (CAST). In this role, they gained valuable experience for six months. In 2022, they joined the Mental Health Cooperative as an Intensive Services C&Y Care Manager I. In this role, they worked closely with patients, families, treatment teams, and community supports to coordinate care and provide resources and education. Andrew then advanced to the position of Intensive Services Tier, Care Manager II in 2023. In this role, Andrew developed training programs, designed resources, and created shadow schedules for new team members.

Andrew Norman attended Fullerton College from 2018 to 2020, where they earned an Associate's degree in Psychology. Andrew then went on to study at the University of California, Irvine - School of Social Ecology from 2020 to 2022, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
