Edmund Tan

Edmund Tan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for APAC at Informa Markets since July 2018, where responsibilities include advising senior management on time-sensitive business issues across the region. Previously held the position of Legal Counsel at Informa Markets, and served as Legal Counsel for Asia at UBM Asia Ltd. Additionally, Edmund has held senior legal positions at Star Media Group Berhad, Astro, Sony Electronics, interTouch, and began a legal career as a Solicitor at Chapman Tripp. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in English and Education, both from the University of Auckland.
