Sebastian Radocea

Sebastian Radocea currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel for EMEA & APAC at Camunda since November 2021. Prior to this, Sebastian held the position of Senior Manager for Commercial Operational Law at Delivery Hero, focusing on technology agreements and procurement strategies. As Head of Legal at Spotcap Global, Sebastian provided legal advice on technology agreements, M&A, and corporate reorganization. Sebastian's earlier experience includes a Junior Partner role at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, where contributions were made to commercial and M&A practices, along with various roles at Hengeler Mueller and EY, emphasizing corporate law and complex transactions. Academic accomplishments include an LL.M. in Law and Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bucharest.
