Ryan O'Donnell

Ryan O'Donnell has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan started their career as a Market Research Intern at Barlow Research and Associates, Inc in 2002. Ryan then worked as a Sales Manager at Macy's from 2003 to 2007. After that, they held positions as a Conference Producer at EMAP from 2007 to 2008 and as a Senior Conference Producer at United Business Media from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they worked as a Senior Conference Director at IIR Middle East from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they were employed at MEED, where they held various roles such as Team Manager - Conference Production, Country Manager, Saudi Arabia & Iraq, and Head of Production. Since 2016, they have been working at Informa Connect Middle East, initially as the Deputy Divisional Director - Production and currently as the Portfolio Director and Special Projects.

Ryan O'Donnell attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Political Science. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the same institution. In 2002, they briefly studied at the University of Sydney, focusing on a Bachelor of Arts program. Ryan O'Donnell recently obtained a certification, specifically the Informa Ignite - Data Driven Journey - Green Belt, from Informa in 2022.
