Adrian Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global business transformation, finance operations, and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Global Delivery Lead at Informa, Adrian previously held the position of VP Global Support Functions Transformation at OpenText and Global Head of Finance Transformation, Excellence & Systems at Micro Focus, where the focus was on building internal capabilities and delivering major transformation programs. Notable achievements include the establishment of over 1,000 FTE Global Business Services at AECOM and leading significant finance transformations at Cushman & Wakefield and Hewlett-Packard.
