Ben Steel

Ben Steel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Global Head of HR Operations at Informa since October 2015, Ben oversees a team of over 40 colleagues and supports operations in more than 100 countries. Prior roles at Informa include Global Delivery Director and Finance Director for European Global Support. Ben's previous experience spans roles such as Head of Finance & Commercial at Care UK and Chief Financial Officer at Maersk Line, where responsibilities included directing financial functions across multiple brands. Ben's educational background includes a Master's degree in Sports Science Fitness and Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Essex, complemented by FCMA and CGMA qualifications.
