Clare Puddifoot is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer - EMEA at Informa since April 2018. Clare has a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, product development, and financial growth through innovative and customer-centric sales and marketing strategies. Previously, Clare held several key roles at Informa, including Regional VP Marketing and Marketing Transformation Director, where notable achievements included optimizing marketing technology and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to Informa, Clare was Marketing Director for Business Events at Dubai World Trade Centre, leading successful campaigns for large-scale international exhibitions, and demonstrated significant growth in visitor attendance. Clare's career began at UBM plc, where a series of promotions culminated in leading a team of 41 marketers across multiple sectors. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, and both a Master’s Degree in Legal & Political Theory from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Queen Mary University of London.
