Craig Hiskett

Craig Hiskett is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with extensive experience in driving strategic learning initiatives. Currently serving as the Learning & Performance Manager at Informa since April 2022, Craig has achieved a 135% year-over-year increase in learning experience adoption for 1,500 Global Support colleagues and leads flagship programmes to foster a growth-focused culture. Previously, as an independent L&D Consultant, Craig designed impactful learning solutions rooted in Neuroscience for various clients, including CIPD, Mimecast, and Bosch, while also enhancing internal mobility and skills development. Craig's tenure at Bosch UK included roles as a Training & Development Specialist, where significant contributions to digital learning transformation were made, and as a Human Resources Officer, managing the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors for 3,000 employees. Craig holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
