Helen Banks

Helen Banks has extensive experience in tax and finance, currently serving as the Global Tax and Finance Project Lead at Informa since September 2009, where previous roles also included Tax & Financial Accounting Global Delivery Lead, Tax & Compliance Senior Manager, Compliance Controller, and Financial Accounting Manager. Prior to Informa, Helen worked at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2005 to September 2009, holding positions such as Senior Manager and Manager in Group Financial Accounting and External Reporting. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC from September 2002 to September 2005, progressing from Associate to Assistant Manager. Helen holds a FCA, Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW and a Master of Mathematics (MMath) degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
