Laura. Griffin

Laura Griffin currently serves as the Head of HR Transformation at Informa, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Royal Mail as an HR Programme Leader and previously as the Head of HR Innovation. Additional experience includes serving as Director of HR Projects at Centrica and Director of European HR Shared Services and HR Transformation at Telefónica. Earlier in the career, Laura held the position of HR Consultant at Royal Bank of Scotland and worked as a Manager at KPMG, following a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini UK. Laura holds a degree from The University of Manchester.
