Juan Saldivar, P.Eng., PMP, is a Senior Consultant at Paradigm Consulting Group since April 2019, specializing in project, program, and portfolio management, business transformation, and organizational change management. Previously, Juan held various project management roles at WCB Manitoba, where large multi-million dollar projects were led, DMT Development Systems Group Inc., focusing on IT solutions for the automotive industry, and Great-West Life, supporting the PMO and managing vendor relationships. Juan's early career includes a role as a Marketing Intern at Gillette Mexico, managing new product launches. Juan's educational background includes a B.Sc. (Honours) in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
