Jason du Preez

Jason du Preez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in data access and privacy management. Currently serving as VP at Informatica since August 2023, Jason leads the integration and delivery of the company's data capabilities within the Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). Prior to this, Jason co-founded and served as CEO of Privitar from June 2014 to July 2023, focusing on enabling organizations to utilize and share data ethically. Jason also held roles at Thomson Reuters as a Global Business Manager and co-founded m35, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2009. Earlier career stages included positions at Corillian and Scan Mobile. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) from the University of Cape Town and completed high school at Wynberg Boys' High School.
