Jeanine Stiff

Jeanine Stiff is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in developing and executing people strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Human Resources at Informatica since January 2019, Jeanine leads the People Business Partner function for multiple regions, focusing on comprehensive people strategy implementation. Prior to Informatica, Jeanine held the position of Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner at Proofpoint, where responsibilities included guiding the people strategy for a global sales and customer success organization. Additional experience includes consulting with Tahoe Leadership Consulting, serving as Chief People Officer at Livongo Health, and holding various HR leadership roles at Cisco and Gap Inc. Jeanine Stiff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
