Sallie Stelter

Sallie Stelter is currently the GVP of Human Resources at Gartner. Prior to their current position, they were the Associate Director of Human Resources at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from February 2005 to September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic and daily support to associates and leaders, as well as leading the creation of the company's career site in 9 languages. Additionally, they were responsible for writing and interpreting policy, as well as creating process improvements for the centralized recruitment and on-boarding processes with support from the HR Service Center. Finally, they were also responsible for rolling out the Managed Staffing Program to corporate headquarters, which included contract negotiations, change management, and communication planning.
