Mohan Fernando

Mohan Fernando has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mohan worked as a Leadership Assistant at Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT Campus) starting in 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Principal Consultant at Alphamorphosis Consulting since 2016 and as the Director at Triolem since 2019. Mohan also worked as the Head of Global Operations at Zone24x7 from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they held positions such as CEO at Informatics International Limited, Director at SLASSCOM, and CEO at Lanka Hospitals Diagnostics. Mohan also served as the Co-chair at Sri Lankan Chapter of The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Firstsource Solutions Limited and HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Their roles at HSBC included Asst. Vice President - Operations and Business Support, Lead - Projects and Programmes, Asst. Vice President - Operations, and Project Manager - Migration and Capacity Management.

Mohan Fernando completed their Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from Coventry University in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, they obtained a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Peradeniya. Additionally, they studied at the University of Colombo, where they pursued a PGD in Applied Statistics, though the duration of their enrollment is unknown.
