Michelle Richardson

Michelle Richardson is a board member at The Information Accountability Foundation. Michelle was previously a software architect at BAE Systems from February 2008 to September 2010. During their time at BAE Systems, they were responsible for taking on overtime and over budget projects. Highlights of their work include achieving all project outcomes and seeking out and exploiting new technologies and new business opportunities.

From January 2000 to December 2008, Richardson was the lead developer and ICT manager at Regency Mortgage Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for making strong inroads in ongoing people, operational and business improvements. Michelle also developed a high performing team that exceeded all key performance indicators.

Michelle Richardson has a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering Management and Computing from Bournemouth University. Michelle also has a Certification in Frontline Management from Training Innovation Management & Enterprise Pty Ltd, and is a Certified Scrum Master and ITIL Foundation certified.
