Huguette Camirand

Huguette Camirand, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC), provides perspective and guidance to the strategic business decision-making process, while also ensuring effective financial & operational management. Additionally, Huguette leads HR practices by providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes excellence, quality, productivity, and the ongoing development of ICTC staff.

While at ICTC, Huguette has improved its financial system for greater efficiency and results. She also led the development of its essential HR practices and tools.

Huguette holds her Bachelor of Administration (BA), and Major in Accounting from Brock University, and received her CMA designation in 2003.
