Muhammad Shabbir Iqbal has a diverse work experience in various accounting and financial roles. Muhammad Shabbir started their career as an Internee at JS Bank in 2012. Afterwards, they worked as a Financial Consultant at ISMAR Financial from January 2009 to October 2012. Muhammad Shabbir then joined Lucky Cement Limited as an Accounting Consultant from November 2012 to September 2015. Following that, they became a Manager at MACS Circle K from December 2015 to September 2018. Muhammad Shabbir later worked as an Accounting Analyst at Maximum Seafood (Subsidiary of Premium Brands) from October 2018 to May 2019. Currently, they are serving as a Project Accountant at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) since June 2019.

Lastly, they enrolled at Bahria University from 2010 to 2012, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
