Richie Rai

Richie Rai is an accomplished professional specializing in security sales and channel management, currently serving as the North America Security Channel Sales Lead at Microsoft since February 2019. In this role, Richie partners with Indirect Providers and RMMs to enhance their Microsoft Security practices. Previous achievements include leading the Canada Security SMB Channel and closing FY24 with over 150% attainment on key workloads, as well as overseeing the national Microsoft practice for top Cybersecurity organizations in Canada. Additional experience encompasses positions as National Risk & Compliance Product Lead at Microsoft and GTM & Microsoft Alliance Lead at Intelex Technologies. Richie also contributes as a Board Member at ICTC-CTIC and an Advisor at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst while holding earlier roles across strategy and sales at various organizations, including Microsoft and the Canadian Olympic Committee. Education was completed at the University of Toronto.
