Seema al-Mahmood

Seema Al-Mahmood has over 25 years of experience in the fields of business process re-engineering and change management, currently serving as the Director of Change Management and Business Process Re-Engineering at the Information & eGovernment Authority since March 2010. Prior positions include Chief of Business Process Re-engineering and Head of Business Process Reengineering within the same organization, as well as Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist. Seema began their career at Batelco, where duties included IT Process Improvement and Quality Assurance from September 1998 to June 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and a Master of Science in Computing, both obtained from the University of Bahrain.
