Grant Fulkerson

Grant Fulkerson began their career in 1964 as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy. In 1995, they joined CSC as a Program Manager. Grant then joined Information Gateways Inc. as Director of Federal Programs.

Grant Fulkerson attended the U.S. Naval Academy from 1960 to 1984, where they studied Marine Engineering. Grant then attended the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School from 1970 to 1971, where they earned a Master of Science in Personnel Management. Grant also holds a BS in Marine Engineering, an MS in Personnel Management, and an MS in Security & Strategic Studies from the United States Naval Academy and US Naval Postgraduate School.
