Bob Bevins

Bob Bevins, PE, PMP, F.SAME, currently serves as the Director of Federal Programs at Pennoni, where Bob leads senior management and program execution across various services for multiple federal agency clients. With extensive experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, Bob has held leadership roles such as Commanding Officer and Senior Project Officer, managing significant logistics and IT acquisition projects. Bob has contributed to the Society of American Military Engineers in various volunteer capacities, including Regional Vice President and National Board Member. Educational qualifications include an MS in Construction Management and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with numerous other degrees and certifications.
