Laura Phillips is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People Performance and Capability Manager at Information Leadership since March 2023, Laura has previously held positions such as Organisational Development Manager at Corys Electrical and Senior People and Talent Business Partner at TVNZ. Other notable roles include HR Manager at Capsticks Solicitors LLP and HR Project and System Manager at Compass Group, where Laura managed HR projects and systems while enhancing global HR processes. With a strong foundation in operational HR from earlier roles, including HR Advisor and HR Coordinator, Laura combines strategic insight with hands-on experience. Academically, Laura holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Auckland University of Technology.
