Dion Tchorzewski

Dion Tchorzewski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly in commercial real estate, franchises, and IT matters. Since June 2011, Dion has served as a Partner at McDougall Gauley LLP and concurrently holds a position as a Board Member and Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee at Information Services Corporation ISC since July 2013. Prior to these roles, Dion was a Partner at Olive Waller Zinkhan & Waller LLP from September 2004 to June 2011 and worked as an Associate at ASAR Al Ruwayeh and Partners from November 1999 to May 2004. Additional experience includes a tenure as Manager of Legal Affairs at M. H. Alshaya Co. from 2001 to 2003. Dion holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan (1989-1992) and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Regina (1985-1989).
